These are fantastic ear wipes, for the product, 5 Stars! However, why are they still available on your website to buy, if they've been discontinued?

I waited 3 weeks after ordering, patiently anticipating, while seeing that my order was still being "processed." I finally got an email that I've received a refund for a discontinued product, but also that my "card has been processed and my order will ship shortly." The only thing I ordered was these wipes, how can anything be shipping?

We've used a lot of Petkin products for our dogs over the years, disappointed that buying directly from the company was such a waste of time. Great products, bad web design. Hope to see this fixed soon. Also, my order still says it's "Processing" 8 days after my refund...
